Skip alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil and vitamin E supplements if possible — all of these thin the blood slightly and increase the chance of bruising at injection points. If a medication is prescribed by another doctor, don't stop it without checking with them first; mention it during your consultation instead so we can plan around it. امتنعي عن الكحول والأسبرين والإيبوبروفين وزيت السمك وفيتامين E لو أمكن — كل دول بيميّعوا الدم شوية وبيزودوا احتمال ظهور كدمات في أماكن الحقن. لو فيه دواء وصفلك طبيب تاني، متوقفيهوش من غير ما تراجعيه الأول؛ بس اذكريه في الاستشارة عشان نخطط حواليه.

The day of your appointmentيوم الموعد

Come with a clean face if possible, and eat a normal meal beforehand — an empty stomach makes some patients feel lightheaded during injections. A topical numbing cream is applied for about 15–20 minutes before we start. The injection itself typically takes 15–30 minutes depending on the volume planned. تعالي ببشرة نظيفة لو أمكن، وكلي وجبة عادية قبل الموعد — المعدة الفاضية بتخلي بعض المريضات يحسوا بدوخة وقت الحقن. بيتم استخدام كريم تخدير موضعي لمدة 15–20 دقيقة قبل ما نبدأ. الحقن نفسه بياخد عادة من 15 إلى 30 دقيقة حسب الحجم المخطط له.

The first 24 hours afterأول 24 ساعة بعد الحقن

Swelling peaks around 24–48 hours, not immediately — so what you see right after treatment is not the final shape. Apply a cold compress in short intervals if swelling is uncomfortable, avoid hot drinks, saunas or intense exercise for the day, and try to sleep slightly elevated the first night. التورم بيوصل لأعلى نقطة بعد 24–48 ساعة، مش فورًا — يعني اللي بتشوفيه فورًا بعد العلاج مش الشكل النهائي. حطي كمادات باردة على فترات قصيرة لو التورم مزعج، وابتعدي عن المشروبات الساخنة والساونا والرياضة العنيفة في نفس اليوم، وحاولي تنامي برأس مرفوعة شوية أول ليلة.

The two-week ruleقاعدة الأسبوعين

Hyaluronic acid filler settles and integrates with tissue over roughly two weeks. Any asymmetry or firmness you notice in the first few days is very often temporary swelling, not the final result. We ask patients to judge the outcome — and book any touch-up — after the two-week mark, not before. فيلر حمض الهيالورونيك بيستقر ويندمج مع الأنسجة على مدار أسبوعين تقريبًا. أي عدم تناسق أو تصلب بتلاحظيه في الأيام الأولى غالبًا جدًا يكون تورم مؤقت، مش النتيجة النهائية. بنطلب من المريضات يحكموا على النتيجة — ويحجزوا أي تعديل — بعد الأسبوعين، مش قبل كده.

When to actually contact your doctorامتى فعلًا تتواصلي مع طبيبتك

Contact the clinic promptly if you notice increasing pain rather than improving pain, skin turning pale or dusky, or any sign of infection like spreading redness with warmth. These are rare but require prompt attention rather than a wait-and-see approach. تواصلي مع العيادة فورًا لو لاحظتي ألم بيزيد بدل ما يتحسن، أو لون البشرة بيبقى شاحب أو مزرق، أو أي علامة عدوى زي احمرار منتشر مع سخونة. الحالات دي نادرة لكن محتاجة تدخل سريع مش انتظار.
